In this thesis, our aim is to get an approximation to derivatives of functions by class of linear operators on the weighted spaces in the sense of summability process. We also show that these results generalize approximation theorems introduced by Efendiev. At the end of our study we give a sequence of positive linear operators which is arithmetic mean convergent but not ordinary convergent to functions and its derivatives by using graphical illustrations. This thesis consists of five chapter. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction. In the second chapter we give some basic theorems and definitions such as statistically convergence, A-statistically convergence and summability theory. In the third chapter we mention about A-statistical approximation to functions and its derivatives by linear operators on the weighted spaces. In chapter four where our original results are given, we get a weighted approximation to function and its derivatives by using summability method. Finally, in the last chapter we give some special cases of the results obtained in the previous section, and we display a specific sequence of linear operators and investigate their approximation properties via graphical illustrations.
