Abstract (EN)
The aim of this master thesis is to examine the effect of gender role stress and perceived social support on job satisfaction. The research was carried out with the contributions of 302 female participants, whose consent was obtained. Factors such as the age of the participants, the sector they work in, their income level, whether they have a regular job and whether they have children were also taken into consideration.
