Abstract (EN)

In this study, Al2024 and Al6061 matrix aluminum powders inside Graphene, Carbon Nanotube (CNT), and Titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles fortified percentage by weight %3 – %5 – %7 it is with powder metallurgy method produced. The obtained Composite materials have analyzed the microstructure and mechanical properties. Reinforcements and matrix powders which Calculated by weight, mixing in a three-dimensional mixer, Transferred had to a mold measuring 3.170 x 1.270 x 0.625 cm, and 540 MPa force pressing was applied to the mold. For desired gained strength on product; The sintering process was carried out in the range of 600 – 610 oC. Tests were carried out to examine the mechanical properties of the composite material that gained strength. In these tests, were examined the compression, hardness, bending and thermal conductivity values. Examining the Microstructure By using Scanning Electron Microscopy, a homogeneous distribution was observed in the structure in general. The porosity test was done to check the gaps in the structure, and when the test was examined, the gap in the structure didn't adversely affect the mechanical strength of the overall structure. When the produced samples were examined in terms of mechanical, increased hardness and tensile strength with when it observed with the increase of supplements. On the Mechanic properties, compared in terms of matrix elements, Al6061 composites have observed superior mechanical properties from Al2024 composites.
