Abstract (EN)
It was developed the inteligent controlling systems which can decide by itself by the software and hardware. In this work, it was improved a programme which will run the controling and deciding mechanizm on computer. It has been read the signals which will come from the external environment to the parallel port. It has been regarded these signals which are read according to rigging devices which the signals come from, it has been realised the warning process when the signals has exceeded the maximum value which are given by the user. It has been processed the outer devices as well as its own rigging devices and programmes. It was used the animation warning figures as visual, sounding and phone in the study. It will begin to toll the voice which is choosen by the user from the loud speaker of the computer in condition that the sounding warning was choosen. It will be phoned to the choosen people in condition that the phone warning was choosen. It can be controlled the five different positions in outer environment or devices by the parallel port and also can be managed the eight outer systems. It was written the programme in Visual Basic Language. The user interface of programme is quite easy understandable and interaction.
