Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, it has been researched how the mobile application affects the processes, instead of the mandatory paper report, in traffic accidents with material damage. In addition, the effects of using a mobile application instead of paper documents on paper consumption in the event of an accident were examined. Similar applications were researched not only in our country but also in other countries, and the attitudes and usage habits of the users towards the mobile application were examined with a survey.
