Abstract (EN)
When we look into the traffic accidents which 4 000 people dead and 150 000 people injured in our country in a year, the drivers fault take part the first place with its 97% ratio. International statistics show us that traffic accidents consist because of restless and tired drivers and increasing of alcohol and/or drug using among drivers of late years. The aim of this study is determinating drug and psychoactive substances use among drivers and the problems of traffic polices while random roadside testing and finding out solyutions in our country and the Europaen Union countries. The study incudes also published documents about the topic and practise methods and the devices used in our country and the European Union countries. Furthermore, survey studies has been made on traffic polices in our country about the topic. Results of the surveys and the datas of the Europaen Union contries has been considered and examined in Microsoft Excel program with graphics and tables. As a consequence, the result of this researchment provides us to evaluate the difficulties which the traffic police has faced in road controls and gives expressing information about determine of drugs and pleasure-giving matters.
