The effect of the relationship between transformation leadership and organizational structure on employee performance

Throughout the history ,The concept of change has had a great impact on our lives. Societies which able to follow the change, have come forward by separating them from the others. As in many stages of our lives, it is inevitable for companies to manage this change process in work life. Organizational structure and leadership are of great importance in the process of change in work life. For this reason, the organizational structure that will move away from traditionalization and affect the performance of the employee must be adopted by the institution. Likewise, the leader within the organization should move away from the traditional management style, care about their followers as individuals and guide them towards their personal goals. In this thesis; The relevance between the performance of the employee in the organization and the organizational structure and leadership model is emphasized. The examinations were applied to all employees in private institutions and tried to be supported. It has been tried to determine what kind of reaction people show in the face of these issues. The attitude adopted by the leader who is integrated into the work life and the structure of the organization were not dwelled on, but the sides were mentioned. For this reason, in this thesis, it has been tried to find out what effect transformational leadership and organizational structure have on employee performance. Theoretical research was carried out in three parts of the research, and field research was carried out in one part.
