Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the molecularly imprinted glassy carbon tryptophan determination sensor has been developed. Glassy carbon surface hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomers used tryptophan tryptophan suppressed by complexing with poly (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-methyl methacrylate) polymer film was formed. Using cyclic voltammetry unmodified glassy carbon surface, unimprinted and imprinted polymers were obtained with surface voltammetry. Then the surface X - Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and were evaluated. In addition, the surface structure Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) were examined. Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) for supporting this study and unimprinted, and the impedance of imprinted polymers were compared. Again, optimization of the conditions for the EIS method, deposition time parameters are determined. EIS conducted by the method of calibration and such a concentration of 10-12 M value was reached.
