Abstract (EN)

Women's entry into working life is an important issue in terms of giving her identity to providing get a place in social life. However, the studies about women and working life indicate that a large number of women get into working life, women working under a glass ceiling because of can not get enough room in senior management positions for women.When women encounter the glass ceiling, they don?t provide career progression. This is consequences with negative outcomes and one them may be burnout. The people whose job is very important for him, have expectation about his career. And unrealized expectations lead to disappointment, frustration and burnout.The purpose of this study, the glass ceiling is a barrier to promotion top management levels may impact on burnout syndrome and thus to bring a conceptual point of view.Key Words: Glass Ceiling, Burnout, Career Barriers, Stress.
