Abstract (EN)
Tales that is one of the narrative-based literary genres carry the cultural values of the societies they belong to, and these values have been transmitted from generation to generation through the narrators of tales and have come up to nowadays. Tales reflect the vision of a society to life and its beliefs with its own characteristics. There are some elements such as life-death, health-disease, illnessrecovery in the cases. In this study, health-medicine-physician views of two different societies will be evaluated and compared, and the similarities and differences between the Grimm Brothers and Turkish compilers such as Pertev Naili Boratav, Eflatun Cem Güney, Tahir Alangu, Naki Tezel and Oğuz Tansel have been examined
