Abstract (EN)
ABAS Mossa .A. Acquiring the Citizenship for Turkish and Iraqi Laws, MasterThesis, Ankara 2008.The thesis with the title ``Acquiring the Citizenship for Turkish and IraqiLaws?? comprises four sections.In the first section, Turkish and Iraqi Citizenship Laws? historicaldevelopment and essences of their Constitution Laws explained briefly. Thesecond section consists of acquiring citizenship by means of jus soli and jussanguinis. The third section consists of acquiring citizenship with marriageand use of option right. Sections of thesis ends with four sections with thetitle acquiring citizenship by decision of authorized body. Appendices sectionincludes arrangements in new Iraqi Constitution related to ways of acquiringcitizenship.
