Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to reveal the place of women in Turkish culture as a patriotic individual of this nation that has been raised according to Turkish cultural values and continues to protect these values and why it is necessary for this to be included as a subject in the art of painting. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the rich mythological elements of Turkish culture, especially the subject of women, would be extremely helpful in renewing the memories of the almost forgotten Turkish culture by processing them in Turkish painting. For this reason, it has been suggested that the recovery of Turkish cultural tradition through Turkish painting is necessary within the scope of solving many problems related to women in society.
