-79 7. SUMMARY The purpose of this study was to establish the opinions administrators of the Turkish sport organization related to practices autonomy analytic suggestion of discussion. In this study questionnaire was used to colectte data. 145 administrators who warket in the centers of GSGM, to be added to ours questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by using frequency distribution and percentage. According to result of this study, Turkish sport organization observed to be necessary a autonomy of built o unite. This structural to approach the public managers which responsibility of sport the role to token main target and politically to determine and to sport, the sport federations to unite a autonomy built the administration and financial to directioin, establishment of volunteer participate to management, and effectiveness to increase put forward sports service and activities, municipalities in the connected withal to be changed in the sports clearing functions to shoulder, private enterprise incumbent of element sport services put forwaed to be result to arrive. In this aim, research according to results to arrive in the spots of management civilian society organization, autonomy federations which comes on the job by election and to speak municipalities in order to autonomy of structural to be necessary.
