Protection of trademark against unfair competition in Turkish commercial law

ABSTRAKT The aim to prepare this master degree thesis is, to search, what assaults can be made by confusing and quotating the trade mark that which.is an important subject of the commercial life. In the first two parts of our thesis.which we've prepared on this subject we're defining the meanings of the terms, registered mark.its legal procedure and history and then we search what differences does the trade mark have comparing with the similar signs.symbols, and we also define In this part the procedure of registration. In the last two parts of the thesis we have a look at the situation of assaults with comparing the before and actuel legislations, and the results of them about ways of protection. These legal protection can be claslfied as.cases and precaution those can be in charge before,at the moment.and after assault,as we did in this thesls.Theme Is observed.searched due to dally life's situation, and the protection procedure is crttlslzed, step by step in the thesis. At the epilogue we propose some legal points for well-being of some parts of the new decree no.556, and give end our thesis with these result- propositions.
