Evaluation of applications 2/B in Turkey (Ankara-Çamlıdere example)

In our constitution, our protected forests are the subject of 2/B applications in order to protect the forest villagers and provide economic gain. The awareness of the need to adopt a sustainable forestry approach in our country and the need to protect and increase the forests in the global scale requires the re-consideration of the criteria and technique of 2/B applications. In 2/B applications, places that do not comply with the existing criteria are also taken out of the forest borders. Within the scope of the study, 2/B applications in the units in Çamlıdere District of Ankara Province were examined and evaluated with technical and judicial aspects. In these evaluations, it has been seen that Law No. 6831 is carried out in three different ways according to Laws 2/B Article 1744, 2896, 3302 This has led to different decisions on the same land and made different decisions. This has led to the implementation of different laws on the same land and making different decisions. As a result of applications; no profitable results were obtained in comparing the obtained gains with the aim of starting the laws.
