Abstract (EN)

Azerbaijan and Turkey have a long history of fraternal relations. Turkey and Azerbaijan supported each other in the most difficult times of their history. The fraternal relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan are currently at the highest level under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The mutual official visits of the leaders of the two countries are received with great seriousness in both countries, and in each of these visits, the close cooperation between the two friendly and brotherly countries in every field is further strengthened. Turkey has become one of the world's leading countries in economic, political, military and other fields. From the first days of the 44-day war, the President of the Republic of Turkey made statements that not only Azerbaijan, but also Turkey stood by Azerbaijan. This was a message to the whole world to stand aside, not interfere, not interfere with Azerbaijan. During the 44-day Patriotic War, the Turkish Minister of Defense, Minister of Foreign Affairs and other high-ranking officials visited our country several times to show their support and openly support Azerbaijan. This support continues even after our glorious victory. According to the Declaration signed on November 10, 2020, the Russian-Turkish Monitoring Center, whose main purpose is to exercise control in the post-war period, to monitor the conflict zone with drones, is already in operation. The monitoring center is very important for the post-war period because possible tensions will be monitored by the center and urgent measures will be taken to prevent them. The presence of Turkey in that center is very important to us.
