Abstract (EN)
The Presidential System of Government has brought radical changes in Turkey's administrative structure, and the effects of these changes on administrative practices are of great importance both academically and practically. This research aims to evaluate the effects of the Presidential Government System, which came into force in 2018, on administrative practices in Turkey. The reflections of this system, which is a significant change in Turkey's political structure, on governance processes, decision-making mechanisms and public administration are analyzed. The research aims to provide an assessment of the current situation by analyzing the applicability, effectiveness and administrative efficiency of the system. The research was conducted using a combination of qualitative research methods. Literature review and document analysis were used to understand the theoretical framework and implementation examples of the Presidential System of Government. This research is important in that it provides a comprehensive overview of the effects of the Presidential Government System on governance practices in Turkey, provides an overall assessment of the system and recommendations for the future, and serves as a resource for future researchers.
