Abstract (EN)
Fashion has varied in every period and has reached the present day. When fashion history is examined, it is seen that women's fashion is more important than men's fashion. In this respect, women's fashion studies are frequently encountered. In this study, the history of male fashion has been examined and the effect of internet culture on male fashion is examined. The life culture that changed with the introduction of the Internet has affected every aspect of life, especially the phenomenon of communication. Therefore, the fashion understanding and distribution has also changed. Fashion is now being created and followed from social media outlets that have become widespread in recent times. Especially in Instagram, Instagram is the pioneer of fashion for men and women and informs their followers in this direction. For this reason, today's men's fashion is analyzed through the sharing of Instabloggers sharing on fashion in Instagram. In this analysis, the semiotic analysis technique of Roland Barthes was used. Shares of these people were selected according to the topic and interviews were made with the individuals. Interviews were effective in performing semiotic analysis in the study. In this respect, the representation of the changing men's fashion in Instagram and the semantic codes it contains are compared with the previous periods, and this subject is discussed in the context of consumer culture and popular culture.
