The analysis of level of internet banking usage in SME's operating in Turkey

In this studying is analyzed that with our daily life including and improving the system of internet banking by using SME. This studying embraces two important concept: Internet Banking ande SME. Internet banking is a system that by abondoning the traditional banking understanding. It presents by servicing on the electronic media. On the other hand, SME is a company structuring that founded with less fund but more physical strongth. Internet banking is an application that used usually at the present time because of the technological advances. Because it provides a chance to its users that they are not to addict any branch bank and do their works everywhere their want. Also, expenditures are really low in th internet banking. SME's is really important customer mass for the banks. Because, they have structuring that it is convenient to improving and by improved, also their numbers are quite much. So, the banks have to give quick reply to the SME's, how often and what extent. In this direction a questionnaire study was performed with 124 SME's by choosen at randomly. It was done with face to face and e-mail. SME's, newly-established and having younger dynamics, are more prone to using internet banking. To this conclusion is reached.
