A critical analysis of the qualitative researches conducted wih feminist methodology in turkey

The main purpose of this study is to find out the scientific problems of the studies that are conducted with women in Turkey and that qualitative research methods are used in terms of methodology, subjectivity-objectivity, realibility-validty and generalization. The process of transition from positivist sociology to semantic sociology is tried to be understood with the studies carried out by the qualitative method proposed by the feminist perspective. Feminists who center on the subjective experience of women in social studies indicate that a feminist perscpective should be dominat in studies about women anda that a qualitative reaserch method should be used. The universe of our study are the qualitative researches carried out on women in Turkey. The sample of our research is limited to "Being a Single Woman in İstanbul", "The Women who Brother", "How we could be Protected", and "Building a New Life." "Content and document analysis" method has been used to analyze these studies. It is observed that subjectivity is at the forefront in these studies carried out by a qualitative research method and that a feminist perspective is dominant. It has been determined that this stiation has brought some problems such as objectivity, validity, realibility and generalization.
