Real estate sector in Turkey and real estate investnant trust in turkey

Turkey is now experiencing residental problems because of rapidly increasing population and also a squattering problem via increasing urbanization. Lack of a sufficient real estate finance system have role on this problem. Although a variety of methods had been used for solving this problem a permanent resolution could not be achieved. Indeed, this methods of which being tested caused some other problems to occur.One could see that Real Estate Investment Corporation System distinguished among camplcs of developed countries. These real estate sector's problems had been solved permanently in such coumtries.In this study, we examined this system's applicability and extent of contributions that this system provide.
