Unemployment in Turkey and constituting a model relevant with removing unemployment

Unemployment and unemployment problem in Turkey has been considered in this project. Theorical informations about unemployment, unemployment assurance, employment policies and hidden unemployment has been given. Turkey?s basic manpower indicators has been analysed and with the help of the datas of this indicators in the period of 1988-2006, using the regression analysis, forecasts has been done till 2015 for the possible values that can be ocur. At the end, a model based on hidden unemployment has been developed to diminish unemployment problem and computings related with the model has been done. At the end of the computings, it has been recognized that although with a 5% low hidden unemployment rate for Turkey, savings could be provided that could easily finanse the new investments.
