Unemployment ınsurance in Turkey and it's effects on labour markets

ABSTRACTUnemployment is one of the associate problems which is experiencedat every commuties. Even the countries reduce the unemployment rate withfollowed politics, unemployment goes to stay at agenda as a continuedproblem. The factors that causes the unemployment, change to country fromthe country and unemployment is separated in some kinds. It creates anumber of negative results in respect of both unemployed, unemployer andgovernment, economy.The countries try to prevent these negatives which causeunemployment with unemployment insurance. To follow the unemploymentinsurance is one of the basic funtions of the work foundations in developedcountries. At our country Türkiye İş Kurumu has this function.Unemployment insurance purposes to compansate the income of thepeople that haven?t got a job at least short time in respect of unemployed andit tries to prepare and balance the labour market also has good workers forunemployer. For to make these aims and to determine the real owners, firstlypeople who apply to receive unemployment allowence must be searchedabout real owners. Some money is given to real owners some time. At thattime Türkiye İş Kurumu tries to find a new job to these people. Because it isimportant that a person has a good job.Also while the courses that will given to peole who deserve to take theallowence from the unemployment insurance cause that unemployed hasnew informations and abilities, this situation cretaes to increase good workersat total unemployed people in labour market. Also these courses must beopened according to the conditions of today and next and demand ofunemployed.Unemployment is a very important problem that has to be solved inshort term. If this problem isn?t being solved, the negative results ofunemployment must be reduced with the unemployment insurance.
