Practicale of unemploymet insurance in Turkey

Arranged by the law 4447, unemployment insurance was brought into force on the 1 st of June 2000. Enacted as a law 36 years' efforts, unemployment insurance will set forth several drawbacks-due to the structural charesteristics of our country- as well as expected benefits. It's a drastically important improvement to put the unemployment insurance into validity for our country, which is on the way of becoming a member of the Europan Community. When we examine the applications in other countries and the substructure of our own country, we see that some problems may emerge in our country. Being quite prevalent according to the other types of unemployment, unconcealed unemployment will cause some of imbalance among social policies by lessening the rate of the ones utilizing the unemployment insurance against the unemployed. Since the people taking the advantage of unemployment insurance will have priority in finding a job, it will be much more difficult for the ones who are not in the extension of the insurance to get an occupation.
