Abstract (EN)
İn this study Turkey and Kyrgyzstan belonging isolates of EPN which was two isolates of Heterorhabditis bacteriophora (81KG and TOK20) and two isolates of Steinernema feltiae (3KG and Tokat-Emir) were tested their activity against cereal important pest insect of Sitophilus genus [(Sitophilus granarius, Sitophilus oryzae and Sitophilus zeamais) (Coleoptera: Curculionidae)]. Experiments containing single dose were conducted in two times at 25±1ºC laboratory condition with five replications. Single dose applications were tested at concertrations of 50 infective larva (IJ) insect-1, daily controls were made and insect mortality rates (%) were subjected to statistical analysis. As a result the highest effect were observed on the two isolates S. feltiae (3KG and Tokat-Emir). İn dose-death applications, 5, 10, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000IJs insect-1 doses were applied against the adult of S. granarius, S. oryzae and S. zeamais insect. İn the result of this study, the isolates of S. feltiae 3KG and Tokat-Emir were shown their highest effect against Sitophilus genus at the concentration of 1000 IJ insect-1. An experiment containing the concentration with the highest effect on dose-death applications and different temperatures were conducted. As a result of the experiment carried out at 3 different temperatures (10, 15 and 20ºC), the most effective isolates against S. granarius were at 10ºC and at a dose of 1000 IJs in S. feltiae 3KG isolate (%85.00), and %100 at 15ºC and 20ºC and at a dose of 1000 IJs in same isolate. İn addition the most effective isolate against S.oryzae was S. feltiae 3KG isolate (%100) at a dose of 1000 IJs at 15ºC and 20ºC. Where as the most effective isolates against S. zeamias were S. feltiae Tokat-Emir and 3KG isolates (%100) at a dose of 1000 IJs at 15ºC and 20ºC.
