Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, The precise affiliation to the European Unions?s Grant Projects was researched. Grant Projects have direct influence to precise affiliation. The European Union, is a formation of 27 countries which are sharing the same values such as democracy, human rights and market economy. The EU, contribute these countries economic and social developments by financial instruments. The countries which want to take part in this union, receive increased financial support named ?funding before participation? if they are accepted. The purpose of this funding before participation is, helping the nominee countries to prepare themselves to EU affiliation. Therefore, grant projects accelerate the compatibility to the European Union. Consequently, grants are very important for nominee country and for the Union as well. During Turkey?s nominee period grant projects place are researched detailed and understood that, the Grant Projects are the most important factor of compatibility to the Eurpoean Union. Nevertheless, in the research the European Unions?s foundation history and structure and the changes that occurred during the relationship of EU-Turkey explained and detailed information was given.
