Abstract (EN)

Aim of this study, determine meteorological drought using standart precipitation index method (1, 3, 6, 12, 24 months) with total monthly precipitation datas from gauage stations and hydrological drought using streamflow drought index method (3, 6, 12 monhts) with average monthly streamflow datas. Also Markov method applied on acquired results to create drought maps with calculating posibility of being drought. According the result of SPI, determined in 48 precipitation gauge stations that severe drought between %3.8-48 and very severe drought %0-12.2. Determined in the study that posibilities of being meteorological drought in 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 scrolls %42, 51, 51, 53 and 63 respectively. According to hydrological drought determined that posibility of being drought for 3, 6, 12 months are between %54.2-60.3, %57.3-62.8 and %35-55 respectively. It was observed that increase of scrolling period in meteorological drought causing increase of drought posibilities.
