In the light of this study it?s seen that when compares with Europe,Private security training is inadequate in Turkey. Particularly about `practise? as mostly, again there is much theoric knowledge but lack of `practise?. As a result to make training practises acceptable when compares with Europe we must take SECURITY SECTOR more serious and we must realize that it?s not advertisement. We can only make an advance by behaving like this. Key Words: Private Security, Security, Education
