Abstract (EN)
Management information systems, businesses, institutions, the establishment or survival of the organization and the creation of the roadmap of corporate actions on behalf of the growth, the creation of institutional structures, the system's operability gain and the control mechanism of functioning on behalf of the management of the needed The aim of this study management information systems, use of management information systems, facilities provided by the management information system is described. However, the management information system in private hospitals in Turkey aimed to determine the effect on employee performance.
