Abstract (EN)

Private employment agencies are foundations that gather people who look for a job and who look for a worker in return for a payment. The aim of this study is to present development of public and private employment agencies and to evaluate employment services offered by Private Employment Agencies in Turkey. The data used in this study are obtained from Turkish Employment Agency, Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services and International Labour Organization.
