Handicaps problems with their job's life in Turkey

174 SUMMARY Several injuries have accured because of the traffic and work accident, wars, earthquake and the ones from the birth. As it not possible to eradicate these absolutely, we need some regulations and studies for the handicapped to be able to lead a normal life. As in some countries, the handicapped have also been facing with lots of problems, in our country. One of the striking problems in emloyment, because they need a job to stand on their own feet, to have self-confidence in themselves, to be accept as people producing and contributing in some ways to the society. It is also possible to change the negative attitudes toward, them. Unemployment plays an important role for the handicapped because of the canditions which they are in the some of the laws have also enable them to be employed not only in the public sectors bu also in private sectors. The study carried out here is a research activity. Its aim to determine the problem, they face with and put forward some suggestions. Some laws and the written sources have been examined to reach our target. A questionnaire has skillfully done about these problems in the framework of the practice. In the first part of the research, the term handicapped has been defined in terms of the institutions and the related laws. The types of some injuries and its causes have also been clarified. In the second section, some crucial information has been given about the reasons and the forms of their employment, the175 legal condition, some practices in the developed countries and the social security and vocational needs. In the third one, it has been stated how this field research and the technique of the data have been carried out. And also, the findings related with it has been put in order and commend on usings some charts. In the last part, some solution have been put forward in thelight of the research findings and the general assesment of the obvious problems.
