Abstract (EN)

The project summary One of the requirements of the independence of countries is their national defense industries. Countries want to take the foreign dependency to the minimum level in defense industry and make their defense requirements from their own defense industry companies. For this purpose, the defense industry is an area that has its own principles, unlike other branches of industry. High technology products are of great importance for all countries as they contribute to their economic development, development and growth. The Turkish defense industry has made considerable progress in less time. Today, there are new expansions and challenges that hinder our defense industry, which is in the process of successfully developing original products. For this, the defense industry must be viewed from the perspective of R & D and the defense industry should be considered as an R & D system. It is seen that different players are involved in the R & D process for the defense industry with other roles in the process from the determination of needs to meeting the needs. Being a pioneer, original and innovative is one of the requirements of R & D in order to fight global competition. Regardless of the sector, R & D is the most important factor that enables organizations to become pioneers, unique and innovative in their markets. In this environment where the threats are expected from all sides and the defense needs are constantly changing in parallel, the defense industry is one of the subjects that organizations and countries attach great importance to in terms of their high impact on R & D and commercial and national interests.
