Abstract (EN)

Infrastructure consists of material resources such as transportation, communication, energy and water needed in an investment area. The basic component of economical and social reconstruction is the establishment of a good infrastructure. In a sense infrastructure is the most important factor of reconstruction and prosperity. The distribution and finance of these services are provided by public. However, for several reasons nowadays the distribution and finance of these services are done by private sector. With privatization it is aim to lower the estimates and increase economical effectiveness and efficiency. Keywords: Infrastructure, Privatization, İnfrastructure İnvestments.
