Public sector participation to infrastructure services via privatization in some chosen sectors in Turkey

Infrastructure consists of material resources such as transportation, communication, energy and water needed in an investment area. The basic component of economical and social reconstruction is the establishment of a good infrastructure. In a sense infrastructure is the most important factor of reconstruction and prosperity. The distribution and finance of these services are provided by public. However, for several reasons nowadays the distribution and finance of these services are done by private sector.
