Abstract (EN)

Modern Turkish Dialects evolving technology, education and the increase in the level of big city culture with small regional nuances destruction every day when wiped on the one hand, in the above-mentioned reasons, the new dialects are formed. Research carried out simultaneously in the last 40 years of research in a manner benefiting vowel alternation of the Turkey Turkish dialect have tried to put forward. In the first part of the study were informed about Turkey Turkish general phonetics. By different researchers have different opinions about the sounds in Turkish standart are mentioned. Then it has been introduced vowel alternation of Turkish dialect. The last section of each phoneme according to the provinces are prepared for the table.
