Abstract (EN)
This thesis titled "The negative sentences in Turkish" consist of two chapters: 1. Negative meaning in sentences 2. Negative meaning in words In the first chapter the sentences which have a complete negative meaning are mentioned whereas in the second chapter the words which have negative meanings but don't effect the general meaning of the sentences are mentioned. In both chapters, negative sentences are evatuated in terms of their structures and meanings.
