Only incoming and outgoing values of the airline company which is sub component of aviation are not enough and correct to provide effectiveness comparison. Thus, benchmarking and measuring the companies which has big company cost and set by big capital are important to maintain companies? activities effectively. At the report first, basic concepts of aviation have declared and after that, airports and aviation sector have analyzed in detail. After that, basic concepts about performance and effectiveness are emphasized and the model for using effectiveness analyze has explained. At the last part of the report, general data of current airports have analyzed, 2005 and 2006 data and explanations have took place about effectiveness scales which are organized for using in analyze. At this report, beside these, the results of effectiveness analyze are declared by using and benchmarking data.
