Abstract (EN)

Almost every period of the history of thought we can see that the main target is human happiness so in this way there are improved some theories. These theories which are named as a moral philosophy so known ethic are jointed in some philosophy or religion. The situation is the same in Turkish ?Islam culture world. The human happiness is based on some theories. Wise Kagan, Yusuf Has Hacip, Kaşgarlı Mahmut, Gazali, Kınalızade Ali and mostly the philosophers claimed that human happiness is based on certain behavior and lifestyle. As other regions and nationalities in the world, Turkish people are reflected moral principles in a business field. Since the beginning of the 20th century business ethics has become a separate branch and by development of consumer society has gained importance in recent times. The aim of this thesis is the relationship between ethic and Akhism, to evaluate within the framework of a paradigm ?Akhism philosophy are in line with the today's business ethic and to be a sound economic structure it needs ethical values and principles as Akhism organizations had? in the past this hypothesis tries to confirm the certainty by using deeply literal screening.
