Abstract (EN)
The countries has in rapid and big industrial development. Although the industrial development have advantages, this also includes some negative effects over the enviroment. In Turkey, approximately 20 million ton fly ash were arosen in a year in the thermal reactors. A little amount of this wastes which is 3-4 percentage can be usen. The grinded silex sand is used in the production of the gas concrete as a row material. In this study, the fly ash was used as the main material rather than the silex sand. The gas concrete experiment samples were produced with using expanded perlite as mineral addition material and using cement, lime, and plaster as binding addition material. In the experimental study, the most convenient production conditions were determined with comparing the effects of autoclave and stream curing. The unit weight, the experiments of ultra voice permeability, the pressure strenght, the values of temperature conductivity were determined over the experiment samples. The mechanic features of experiment samples adjusts with the commercial gas concrete features. The main importance of this study were founded on the recycling of this wastes. The contributions to the protection of enviroment were provided by the less usage of natural meterials.
