Abstract (EN)

Reporting of soil analysis results is the presentation of analysis results in an orderly, understandable and informative way. There is no standard in the reports produced by soil analysis evaluation software used in laboratories in Turkey. This shows that there may be some errors in the reports of existing software, as well as misinformation that may affect soil fertility. In this thesis study, the importance of soil analysis is strongly emphasized and versatile information about soil analysis, soil analysis methods and soil analysis processes is presented. The aim of this study is to examine the content, format and use of soil analysis reports currently used by soil analysis laboratories in our country for fertilization recommendations and to offer suggestions for improvement. The analysis reports obtained from existing laboratories were examined and re-evaluated according to scientific criteria. As a result of the findings, a new, easy-to-use, web-based soil analysis reporting tool was developed by providing additions, updates and adaptation to new developments in the missing areas. In this study, soil analysis reports received from some active laboratories in Turkey were used as material. A sufficient number of soil analysis reports (100) were obtained from a single laboratory to be used as test data for research purposes. In this research, other reports prepared by many other laboratories operating in our country were also examined and evaluated. This study provides an important example of how scientific research can be transformed into practical applications. It is expected that this environmentally friendly software will contribute economically to farmers as it will reveal the real need for fertilizer and amendment in the soil.
