Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the issue of non-applicability of statute of limitation in genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, which were mentioned as core international crimes, brought up in the agenda in the trials of the crimes committed during the Second World War and which constitutes an important problematic, under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, and its place in comparative law has been studied.
