Abstract (EN)
Aviation industry in recent years due to the change and developments have emerged as the searchs for structural model. In recent years all over the world and Turkey, options to be financed by the public outside of airports and businesses are becoming increasingly common across the logic of profit from airports which are major investments Evaluation of off-budget financing models and airports around the world in terms of property ownership and operation of airports and situation of airports in the developed countries is the main subject of this study. Sabiha Gökçen Airport in this context is examined in every direction. Build-Operate-Transfer model in creating the legal infrastructure that made important contribution with its practices and airports operated by the DHMİ are also taken up with states of income and expense and deductions were made for the future and as a result of this limited study, suggestions were made.Literature studies establish an important premise and it is supported by studies in the process of ?Sabiha Gökçen Airport New International Terminal Building and Facilities Project in the Framework of Build-Operate-Transfer Model? work.
