International labor force of currents economic influences :Turk labor force landslide

Immigration of a determined human group, or an individual from a place to another must not be seen as a simple event from angle ofsocial view. Evaluation of immigration event in individual or group levels present's importance from sociological point. Reason of immigrations, results rise from social, cultural, economic, political, legal and administrational aspects are the points that must be handled.After the period of the First and Second World Wars about thirty years (1914 ? 1944) following the process of transition from war economy to peace economy, production and employment rose sharply in Western European countries. Because of the decreasing population numbers during war times and problems arising due to this situation related to manpower, these countries decided to import workforce. As a result of both excess labor force in our country and satisfying the different economic needs in Western European countries, Turkey sent a large number of workforce. Although it had been planned as a temporary workforce export at the beginning, the workers chose to stay in the countries where they had been working. In this context, those workers? earnings and savings have contributed to our economy in many areas for a long time.Key Words: İmmigration, Workforce Emigration, Workers? Remittances
