Abstract (EN)
Today, leadership and especially the studies of implicit leadership have been the subject of many research in the field of leadership. In this area, researchers often define leadership based on the individual point of view and the direction of the phenomenon that is most interested in them. However, leadership can be defined in different ways, in terms of individual characteristics, leadership behavior and interaction patterns. The leader is the person who manages all processes with all subtleties, although he / she has authority over the steps taken under the responsibility of the organization, which ensures the accumulation of all power in himself/herself. Shortly, leadership is the art of influencing people to achieve a common goal with a group of people. Leadership theories, which are closely related to leadership, as expressed by many researchers, lead people to perceive individuals as leaders. This study aims to evaluate according to the cultural characteristics the differentiation status of leadership prototypes of people who are working at the international organizations. We used the survey method in order to collect these data. The findings show that leadership prototypes of people working at international organizations differ significantly in terms of cultural characteristics. In the analysis of demographic variables, it has been identified that there could be a relationship between gender, education, age, the number of known languages and the position variable and the implicit leadership dimensions.
