Abstract (EN)

Organized structures called the state have been created and defined in thousands of different ways in history. Certainly they were not found in any particular time in the history. However, it can be said that the nation-states, the final form of these organized structures, are among the largest organizations created by international hegemonic forces today. With the end of the Second World War, the world was literally in ruins. The greatest creatures of destruction were the nation-states that started the war. It is clear that the state system can not go further as it is. The systems that create nation-states in the direction of their needs have begun to form supra-national organizations that limit the powers of the nation-states. States have agreed to keep the laws of transnational organizations they are affiliated with above their own laws and have delivered their sovereignty to these higher organizations. The nation-states under a single roof during the Cold War era began to disperse with the end of the Cold War and to pursue new quests. This meant that further supra-national organizations could be increased, and so it was. Of course, the only reason restricting the sovereignty of the nation-state is not security. However, factors such as globalization and supranational companies are also present.
