Abstract (EN)
Voluntarily turnover is a big challenge for the employers and should be controlled due to the fact of being unexpected, untimely and most of the time the way chosen by skilled workers. Employees are the main assets for companies and effects of the employee turnover on the companies change according to the employee?s position and qualification. Unfolding model of voluntarily turnover developed by Lee and Mitchell et al. and improved more at 1999 is a really important model and used and developed by many researchers. To understand the turnover as a process having different kind of steps following one another is the base point for unfolding turnover model. So to intervene in the true step is highly important for employee retention. People want to work on companies understand and rating them. This provides for the company being one jump ahead of his competitors.Effective management should be able to motivate and delegate, which yields several benefits for managers and the entire organization. Enhancing employee performance through effective motivation allows managers to achieve goals. Motivational factors directly relates to the satisfaction and so job embededness of the employees. One of the famous motivational theories is the A.Maslow?s theory of human motivation and his hiyerarchy of needs. Maslow attracted the attentions of the researchers and employers by showing the direct relation between human motivation and job satisfaction. The result that we want to reach is that `if there is a direct relation between motivation and job satisfaction, and also between unfolding model and job satisfaction; there should be a relation between motivation and unfolding turnover model.
