Abstract (EN)

Nowadays the improvements that have been started by using computer technologies have been growing. For reaching to higher standards of services offered by education and other fields; it is obvious that using the techniques of artificial intelligence, data mining, fuzzy logic and pattern recognition, and etc. are very useful. It is possible to classify and group the data and to get association rules between the data by data mining techniques. Within this scope it might be developed new applications using classification algorithms that estimates the future events by past experiences. The aim of this study, using data mining algorithms on the created student data warehouse, is to estimate the students? successes, who are taking the university entrance exam, by data mining. In this study, it has been improved a software considering Naive Bayes algorithms for student data warehouse. By that developed software, it is aimed to improve an early warning system that may estimate the states of the students? successes in university entrance exam for students and also for their families.
