The selection of individuals to be sampled was determined by making proportional selection by stratified random sampling method according to the number of students of the faculties. In the correlation analysis, Spearman was benefited from the correlation analysis. The mean mental well-being score of the students was 51.55±6,35. The median was 52. No statistically significant difference was found between students' mental well-being according to gender, age, faculty and class variables. According to the variables of socio-economic level and academic achievement level, mental well-being was found to be statistically significant. According to the results of the study, the median mindfulness point was 57 and the average mindfulness points of the students were 57.22±7,72. There is no statistically significant difference between students' mindfulness levels according to gender, age, faculty and class variables. According to the variables of socio-economic level and academic achievement level, mindfulness levels were found to be statistically significant. A positive, strong and significant relationship was found between the students' mindfulness levels and their mental well-being (r= 0,757, p= 0,001). It may be beneficial for students to organize activities aimed at developing conscious awareness in cooperation with universities due to the increase of conscious awareness and mental well-being.
