Abstract (EN)

The main aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between exam anxiety and ego state that is perceived by the high school students at the 12th grade and prepare to take university entrance exams (YGS and LYS). In addition to this, the current study aims to investigate whether gender and ego states predict exam anxiety as well as to examine the dominant energy of the students from the sample size. The age range of the students is 16-19 years old. The data was collected by using Ego State Scale: EDÖ (Arı, 1989), Exam Anxiety Scale: SKÖ (Öner, 1990) and a demographic questionnaire.
