Abstract (EN)
In this cross-sectional study, the levels of jop satisfaction of nurses working in Üsküdar Public Hospital, Zeynep Kamil Hospital of Women?s Health and Childbirth Education and Research and Paşabahçe Public Hospital has been assessed and the relationship between the findings and the attitudes / behaviour of the workers has been analysed.In the early stages of the study, key issues consisted of the definition of job satisfaction, its importance for workers, the individual and organizational factors that have an effect on job satisfaction, the positive and negative implications of job satisfaction and the relationship of those implications with organizational commitment.According to the research findings, it was determined that individual and organizational factors that have a negative effect on jop satisfaction will, in turn, have a negative effect on the behaviour and attitude of workers within the organization in question.Key words: Jop Satisfaction, Attitude, Behaviour, Organizational Commitment.
